Between the molluscs, the famous cockles, dates, mussels, fine clams, arcidae (arca noae), as well as murex, snails and dye murex stand out which are ideal for appetisers and entrees. Out of the crustaceans, the most appreciated is the lobster, the base of the famous stew.
